Hi, I’m Samet.

I’m a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) expert. I help companies build sustainable DEI strategies, turn ambition into action, and use DEI insights to create better workplaces and businesses.

My work has been recognised by PROUT AT WORK, which named me one of its Top PROUT Voices in DACH. In 2023, LinkedIn named me a Top Voice: Next Generation.

I’m a German-Turkish queer Person of Color. I’m non-binary and use all pronouns..
